TO BE
ELIGIBLE FOR MATCH PLAY...
Register
yourself with the Thorns RFC to be eligible to
represent the team in match play. It is the policy
of the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU) that
all players, coaches, referees, administrators and
clubs must comply with the USA Rugby's Club and
Individual Participation Program (CIPP) for all
matches. |

CIPP Details
Perhaps the most visible of the USA Rugby benefits of membership,
CIPP is insurance that provides liability protection in case of
property damage or bodily injury to third parties. These parties may
include the players, venue owner, coaches, referees, sponsors, spectators and
others.
How to CIPP
yourself:
These are the directions you
should follow to CIPP...
You can do so by either clicking on the
following link and then following the directions
on the page:
-
Roll your mouse over the Membership
button on the top of the page
-
Click on Member Registration (CIPP)
-
Click on Member Registration
(Yourself only) on the left side of the
page.
-
Choose either re-register if you
have been CIPP enrolled in the recent past,
or new member if you have not.
-
Follow the directions on screen.
-
You will need to print out the "Liability
Waver" sign it and give it to our EPRU/CIPP
Coordinator
before you will be allowed to play.
If you are currently registered with another
club you will need to
register with and pay for that club first and
then apply for a club transfer on-line. If you
need help, let us know.
